A Message from Our CEO

Our Halloween Spooktacular, organized in partnership with Nevada City and the Nevada City Chamber of Commerce, was a smashing success for the second year in a row, with over 500 trick-or-treaters visiting the Eric Rood Administration Center Tuesday. I'm sincerely grateful for employees' volunteer efforts and expense to transform their departments into magical wonderlands for families. Also, thank you so much to our participating partners Sierra Nevada Memorial Hospital Foundation, the U.S. Forest Service, the Fire Safe Council and the South Yuba River Citizens League (SYRCL).
