Almost as divisive as Impeachment in Washington Natural Wines; some say are the darling of the wine biz and some refuse to even say the word with out gagging. The category is certainly polarizing. Natural wine means different things to many, yet to us at Wolfe's Wine Shoppe it rather simple. Nothing added and nothing taken away. Low intervention in the vineyard that may be farmed organically or bio-dynamically coupled with indigenous fermentation's, sometimes no filtration or fining and for us the most important part of natural wines is the minimal use of sulfur. Stop by Friday and cut through the noise, taste some wines that unless we told you were "Natty" you'd never know and would just have thunk they were delicious..so stop by Friday and make your own opinion, you may just surprise your self.
