3 Ways to Cast your Ballot

1. Via Balloteer - preferred, an on-line voting platform.

To vote via Balloteer, you will need your Glenmore/ Associa 7-digit account number, found on your assessment coupons or log-in to your Glenmore TownSq account to find your account number.
Then access Balloteer using this link:

When prompted enter your 7-digit number [with no zeros or dashes] in the Voter ID box.

2. Via email. Take a picture of or scan of your proxy/ballot that is signed and dated by all owners. Attach the image/file and send via email to tdurrer@communitygroup.com. Please include “GCA Ballot” in the subject line.

3. Via regular mail. Be sure all owners sign and date the proxy/ballot.

Reminders from ARC

Planning Renovations/Modifications?

Prior approval from the ARC is required for all modifications which impact the exterior of your property, including color changes, extensions or alterations affecting appearance, external structures, fences, landscape design changes, and tree removals (pines over 6" and others over 3" diameter). Please allow 30 days for a response from the ARC. Use the on-line form to submit your application.

Please observe Quiet Hours

All commercial construction activity, including commercial service vehicles, commercial construction material delivery and commercial lawn services, and other outdoor services, e.g., painting, roofing, window cleaning and power washing, driveway repair, etc. are not be permitted to enter Glenmore during the following hours:

Sundays and designated holidays: At any time.
Saturdays: Before 8:00 am and must be off the job site and out of Glenmore proper by 4:00 pm.
Monday thru Friday: Before 7:00 a.m. and must be off the job site and out of Glenmore proper by 7:00 pm during DST and by dusk during EST.

Review ARC guidelines re: commercial traffic access.

Coyote & Fox

Sightings of coyote and fox are on the increase. Please keep an eye on your small pets. Coyotes are not deterred by fencing. These animals are looking for food. Please secure your garbage can, and, as always, do not feed these four-legged predators.
