...and please practice patience.

Last week an impatient resident raised and damaged the arm on the Resident Gate, causing additional work for staff and further delays for residents. Fortunately the new camera system recorded the incident, the individual was identified, contacted and billed for the damages.

As the system continues to calibrate, please continue to approach the Resident Gate slowly, pulling closer than you may have been used to under the old system.

Thank you.

Annual Assessment Billed

By now, you should have received an envelop from Associa Community Group containing a coupon booklet for payment of your GCA Annual Assessment. Once again, your annual assessment may be paid in quarterly installments.

The 2023 annual assessment is $1262.80, a 10% increase from 2022. Your payment booklet contains four coupons for paying your assessment quarterly in four equal payments of $315.70. Of course, you may elect to pay it in full. If you choose to pay quarterly, hold on to your coupon book and note the due date in your calendar.

The first quarterly payment is due February 1. If you have an outstanding balance that rolled over from 2022, please any pay past due amount with your first quarter 2023 payment.

And while you've got your coupon booklet in hand, please make a note of your Account Number (See Red Circle in above image). You will need in the near future to cast your ballot in the upcoming Annual Election for GCA Directors and to vote on other ballot initiatives.

If you do not receive a coupon book or have any questions, please contact Thelma Washington at Associa Community Group.
