to Amend the

GCA Articles of Incorporation

Wednesday, November 8

A Special Meeting of GCA Property Owners (Members) has been called for Wednesday, November 8, 2023 at 7:00 in the Ballroom of the Club at Glenmore.

The only matter to be addressed and voted on at this Special Meeting is an Amendment to the GCA Articles of Incorporation changing the term of office for Directors of the GCA Board from two years to three years.

In the next couple of days you will receive by USPS mail or by email the Special Meeting Packet with instruction for casting your ballot.

Please review the Proposed Amendment and the rationale for

this important change.

Fall: Clean-up, Fix-up Time

Limb and Branch Pick-Up

The Fall Limb and Branch Pick-up begins the

week of November 6, 2023.

Limbs and branches from your yard should be placed at the curb by 7 AM, November 6 with the cut end toward the street.

As a reminder, this is not a leaf or yard debris pick up. It is a limb and branch pick-up only. Please --

  • no stumps
  • no dirt
  • no dead, potted plants
  • no containers
  • no trash
  • no leaves
  • or other yard materials.

And don't worry if your limbs and branches are not picked up on the 6th. It will take about a week to finish the Glenmore circuit.  However, the GCA contractor will make only one pass per residence, so please be ready and get your branches and limbs to the curb by November 6.
