Approved Personnel Actions and an Addendum

Approved Administrator-Manager Salary Schedule Revisions - The Board Approved revisions of the 2018-19, 2019-20, 2020-21, 2021-22, and 2022-23 Administrator-Manager salary schedules with a new Level 7 for the first school four years and a new Level 11 for the last school year with maximum salary figures that match the actual salary of the Director of Budget and Fiscal Services position for each of those years. Approved MOUs Regarding Health and Welfare Benefits The Board approved the MOUs with the District employee associations to increase the 2023 District contribution to medical insurance premiums to match the highest HMO plan for full time employees, prorated for part time employees. Approved Administrator Contracts for Health and Welfare Benefits Revision - The Board approved the increase in health and welfare benefits for non-represented administrators and managers to $27,897 from $25,343. Read the full background


Approved Revision of Administrator Individual Employment Contracts - The Board approved the revised Adult School administrator, Associate Superintendent Chief Business Officer, and Hillsdale Assistant Principal’s, individual employment contract compensation terms. Read the full background. 


Approved MOU for Hillsdale High School Pilot Advisory Stipend for Special Education Specialists - The Board approved the MOU with the SMUHSD Teachers Association for the Hillsdale High School Bay Academy Education Specialists for the Advisory period. Read the full background. View the MOU


Approved Job Description for Classified Outreach Coordinator - View the full background and job description

Approved Instructional Coaching Stipend - The Board approved the updated job description that reflects the change in compensation, adjustments to the IC:teacher FTE ratio to account for the additional support required in mentoring treacher induction candidates and increases instructional coaching and support provider stipend from $2,000 to $3,000 dollars per extra teacher supported beyond what is required in the job description. Approved Superintendent Agreement for Services - The Board approved an agreement for services for the Superintendent. View the agreement. 

Approved AB1200 Form Approval - The Board approved AB1200 which provides assurance that the District is fiscally prepared to provide the 2022-2023 Salary Schedule Revisions and one-time payment of $2500 to the American Federation of Teachers, Local 4681, which was approved by the Board on June 9 (contingent on this AB 1200).
