Happy Monday!
I hope this email finds everyone well and staying safe as we all learn to navigate this new "normal". Even though we cannot all gather during these times, we can still connect with each other, learn and have fun! Here at the Bird Conservancy of the Rockies’ Bird Camps, we have made the very difficult decision to cancel our traditional summer camp programs this season due to the continuing situation around the COVID-19 virus. Our number one priority is the health and safety of our campers and staff, and we felt this was the safest decision for everyone involved.

However, we are still committed to our mission to help kids connect with nature and below you will find exciting opportunities to engage in interactive  virtual summer programs. We will be using the virtual platform of ZOOM for our new summer programs. Furthermore, if your camper needs a pair of binoculars or a field guide to use during the programs, we have those available for you to borrow, and you would pick them up at the Environmental Learning Center ! As for the crafts we will be using common household items you can find such as scrap paper, crayons, pencils, etc, or if you would like we will provide a "box-o-crafts" for you to pick up as well!

Once it is safe to do so, we are hoping to offer individual family programming.Thank you in advance for your understanding and extra grace during our new journey. We will still be planning for Bird Camps 2021, and hope to see you all there!

We are looking forward to the day when we can meet up in person again! Until then we will see you on Zoom and enjoy the spring weather! Have a wonder-filled week!
