FEMA Elevation and Floodproofing Certificates: New Forms

Elevation Certificates submitted for review dated November 1, 2023 or after must use the new form; New FEMA Elevation Certificate.

Also, the new Dry Floodproofing Certificate for Non-Residential Structures must be used as of November 1, 2023 as well.
