If you have a Blue Cross Blue Precision HMO plan, you can use Open Enrollment to switch to Blue Cross Choice Preferred PPO and add Northwestern, Ascension, Advent and other hospitals to your coverage. Call us at 847-362-8888,
If you already have a Blue Cross Choice Blue Choice Preferred PPO know that Northshore University Health System Evanston, Skokie, Highland Park and Glenbrook, Swedish Covenant and Northwest Community hospitals and doctors are now available for your use.
If you are happy with your Blue Cross Blue Precision HMO you can keep your plan for 2024. If you are receiving premium assistance, please call us regarding your renewal: 847-362-8888.
