New! View Invoices in the MyAccount Portal
You can now view your monthly invoices in the MyAccount portal! Simply navigate to the Billing Section and click on Invoices.
Please note that monthly premiums are due by the first day of the coverage month. Groups for which we do not receive a timely payment may be placed on claims and pharmacy hold.
The most efficient way to make your payment is by paying online at QualChoice.com. Click on Already a Member? in the navigation bar, then select Pay My Bill under Tools & Resources.
