Dear Mount Sinai Health Partners Member,


We are pleased to announce the launch of My Payments, a new web-based tool to assist your practice in keeping track of your value-based payments. My Payments is now available to providers and office managers in your practice on the MSHP Provider Portal.

 

With this tool, you can view and download an accounting of value-based payments your practice has received from MSHP based on eligibility, such as care coordination payments and performance-based annual incentive payments. 

Start Using My Payments

1. Click on this link and log in to the MSHP Portal using your MSHP credentials.

2. Click on the “My Payments” tile to view details of your payments from MSHP. 


Once logged in, PCPs can view payment details including date of check, Tax ID number, and the amount attributable to you based on panel size or performance.


Once logged in, Office Managers can view payment details for multiple PCPs in a practice, including date and amount of check, Tax ID number, and the amount attributable to each PCP in the practice based on panel size or performance.

Filter option and download feature

Within the tool, there is a filter option that allows you to select payments by current year, previous three years or all payments. You may also download your payments by selecting the “Download Data to CSV” button on the upper right of the page.
