American Experience: Chasing the Moon
Ed White, the first American to walk in space, on Gemini 4 mission.

Experience the thrilling era of the space race, from its earliest days
to the 1969 moon landing. A fascinating mix of scientific innovation,
political calculation, media spectacle and personal drama, the series
brings the Space Age to vivid life.

Tonight, in part two, discover what it took to beat the Soviet Union
to the moon in the space race. In the turbulent and troubled '60s,
the U.S. space program faced tragedy with Apollo 1, but made a
triumphant comeback with Apollo 8.

Tonight at 9:00 p.m.

Due to severe storms causing an interruption in the satellite feed of part 1,
we will rebroadcast episode 1 on Sunday at 4:00 p.m.

New Animated Action-Adventure Comedy Series
MOLLY OF DENALI is an action-adventure comedy that follows the adventures of feisty and resourceful 10-year-old Molly Mabray, an Alaska Native girl. Molly helps her mom and dad run the Denali Trading Post, a general store, bunkhouse, and transport hub in the fictional village of Qyah, Alaska. Each episode follows Molly, her dog Suki and her friends Tooey and Trini on their daily adventures in Alaska, from fishing to building snow forts to delivering a camera to friends on a volcano via dog sled.
