Dear Trinity Church Community:
My name is Emily Donovan and today, September 25, 2017 I ‘step into’ the role of Administrative Assistant at Trinity Church of Northborough. Over the past two weeks I have been blessed to train with Colleen and I feel well prepared to embark on my new journey.
I come to you with an extensive business management and office management background. My varied life, work and family experiences have provided me with a skill set that will allow me to serve the Trinity Church community in a multitude of ways.
Outside of my professional career, I live in Westborough with my two sons, Noah - aged twelve and Cameron - aged seventeen. I enjoy volunteering and I spent ten years in Cub Scout leadership. Prior to being selected for the Administrative Assistant position at Trinity Church, I had been volunteering with Pastor Valeria helping with the website as well as other Trinity projects while learning more about the Trinity community. I am a lifelong “Jane of all trades” and really enjoy spending time ‘tinkering’ to repair things around my home or helping friends with their household projects. Baking has been one of my passions since childhood and I am always looking for new and creative ways to decorate cakes!
Over the past three plus years I have been very active with some of the community groups at Trinity Church. Trinity has helped my family and me through some difficult times. I look forward to the opportunity to ‘give back’ to the Trinity community. My new position at Trinity Church is truly a God-incidence (as opposed to coincidence) because I truly believe God has a plan greater than my human mind can imagine.
During AppleFest I had the opportunity to meet some Trinity community members and I look forward to meeting many more of you as time passes. If you are in the ‘neighborhood’ please stop by the office and introduce yourself.
