Royal Quarters and 122 Washington Avenue are located in Passaic County. Royal Quarters offers a one-bedroom and a two-bedroom, moderate-income apartments, and there will be a two- and a three-bedroom apartments available, offsite, at 122 Washington Ave. at a later date. Applicants must qualify on the basis of gross annual income. A random selection will be held for all preliminary applications received on or before 3:00 PM, May 18th, 2022.

Check out The Kingsley! Located in Fairfield Township, Essex County, the Kingsley as set aside 10, one-, two-, and three-bedroom, very low, low and moderate income apartments. Applicants must qualify on the basis of gross annual income. A random selection will be held for all preliminary applications received on or before 3:00 PM, May 25th, 2022.

Brookside at the Station in Ho-Ho-Kus, Bergen County includes 13 affordable rental units: 10 units are designed for families and 3 are universally-designed for adults with developmental disabilities. Up to 50% of the family units may be set aside for military veterans. Preference will also be given to applicants who live or work in Bergen, Hudson, Passaic and Sussex counties. Applications are due no later than June 1, 2022.
