These apartments are available to qualified applicants whose combined household income meets the criteria for affordable housing. A random selection will be held for all preliminary applications received on or before 3:00 PM, July 21st, 2022.

This is a 55 and older community, offering 53 affordable one- and two- bedroom apartments. (At least one member of the Household must be 55 years or older.) The affordable housing units are subject to New Jersey’s affordable housing rent guidelines and prospective tenants must qualify on the basis of gross annual income. A random selection of applicants will be held for all preliminary applications received on or before 3:00PM, July 20th, 2022.

The Club at Woodhaven offers 24 one- two- and three- bedroom affordable apartments to income qualified applicants. Because The Club at Woodhaven is Phase 2 of the Woodhaven Commons project, the waiting list is being re-opened. A random selection will be held for all preliminary applications received on or before 3:00PM, July 15th, 2022. Applicants already on the waiting list for Woodhaven Commons will be given priority.

The Village at Stratford is an existing community that offers 122 one- and two- bedroom age-restricted rental apartments. This is a very popular property that has a reasonable wait for certain apartment sizes and affordability levels.
