Welcome to Rock Pointe in Rockaway Township, Morris County. This rental community has set aside a total 40 one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments. Ten (10) of the forty (40) affordable housing units may be developed as alternative living arrangements or Supportive Units, which would be subject to additional regulatory requirements that govern such units and the individuals who occupy them.  Applicants must qualify on the basis of gross annual income. A random selection will be held for all preliminary applications received on or before 3:00 PM, June 7th, 2022.

Welcome to the Village Center at Hawk Pointe located in Washington Township, Warren County. This mixed use project includes two floors of apartments over retail/medical. Fifteen of the twenty six apartments are set aside for income-eligible households. A random selection of applicants will be held for all preliminary applications received on or before 3:00PM, June 21st, 2022.
