We are pleased to announce the addition of Mr. Cameron E. Hill, who recently joined Silver Spur Corporation in the role of Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Hill has a proven track record of delivering significant improvement in business processes and efficiencies. He has led multiple sales growth, restructuring, consolidation and re-branding initiatives and secured multiple strategic partnerships resulting in taking companies to best in class in their respective industries. His background includes significant experience in manufacturing and distribution environments with an emphasis on continuous improvement. He started his career at Boeing and then worked for Grainger, IBM and Makita. 

Mr. Hill will focus on the critical areas of our business operations, and will include supply chain operations, product development, sales operations and overseeing the expansion of Silver Spur's national footprint. 

With over 30 years experience, 17 years of these as a senior executive in both Strategic Business Development and Operations, Mr. Hill has generated successful outcomes in his past endeavors. 

Please join me in welcoming Cameron to the team. His addition will reinforce our investment in growth this year, and build upon our strong legacy as a quality and reliable supplier to each of you, our distribution customer.

We believe each of you have invested in your sales teams and fight the tough fight each day, and we recognize our key role as your supplier of product and vendor of choice and would like to continue to improve our service to you so that we can make your task easier. We also recognize that our responsiveness to your needs is critical for your success, therefore we are also investing in improved procurement resources by adding experienced personnel to our team here and overseas.
