Having issues with the
Waste Management
Customer Service Call Center?
Tired of being placed on hold?

We heard you!
For our residents irritated with the excessively long wait times when calling Waste Management for service requests, your frustrations were felt and this unacceptable situation was brought to the attention of Waste Management.

As a result, Waste Management has developed a "Contact Us Form" to be found on their website. You can click the button below to access the form. In the meantime, Waste Management has informed us that they are working diligently toward a better end result for our residents.
House Overflowing with Cardboard?

The City is aware that the cardboard recycling service that the City provides at the Recycling Center does fill up on a regular basis. Recent changes in the Waukesha County Recycling Program caused the discontinuation of the service at the end of 2020. As this was deemed to be a vital service to the community, the City did agree to provide and fund the service on a slightly more limited basis (One pickup per week) than was previously provided. Due to the increase of cardboard that is being generated due to COVID, these bins do fill up quickly. As things return to normal, the amount of cardboard recycling that needs to be provided should return to normal.
Still need a way to get rid of excess cardboard? See below!

The below departments will be switching to summer hours beginning May 10th.
