Roof Repairs (2 Bldgs)- Needs quotes to do repairs to 2 building roofs. You can probably walk other roofs and find more.
Stairwells- Many Stairwells need welding and metal repair because of rusting and loose bolts. Priority
Patio Floor repair- One particular Patio is weak and falling apart 2nd floor unit. I have photos of this one. Call for pictures if interested.
