Did You Miss Our Agency Law Revisions 2024 Webinar?
CBA Members Now Have Exclusive Access to Class Videos!
| |
Critical revisions to Washington’s Agency Law took effect on January 1, 2024. These changes affect how ALL real estate brokers conduct business, regardless of whether your business is primarily commercial or residential.
Earlier this year, we offered a live webinar class to help brokers understand the revisions to the law and properly execute all required forms. We encourage our broker members and admins who couldn't attend the class to watch the videos to understand how their practices and conversations must change (you must log in to your CBA account for access).
To give ALL commercial brokers critical information about the revisions and help them implement the new law's provisions properly, we’ve created a New Washington Agency Law Resources Page on the CBA Website. There, you’ll find our detailed legal bulletin and a downloadable, at-a-glance chart to help you understand what action/documentation/form is required for different scenarios based on the status of your current deals.
In addition to the class videos, CBA Members also have exclusive access to information about:
- Replaced Legal Library PRO forms
- New Legal Library PRO Forms
- Revised Legal Library PRO Forms
