 Virtual Book Launch Party!

You are invited!

The official book launch for The Weaver's Revenge will be held virtually on May 12 at 7:00 PM US Central time.

To continue tradition, my amazing Madison area independent bookstore, Mystery to Me, will once again host the launch.

I'll show slides of some of the people, places, and the past that inspired me to write the story. I'll also sign and personalize bookplates for anyone who buys the book from Mystery To Me.

NOTE: this online event is free, but pre-registration is required. If you are unable to attend, you will be able to stream it later.

And I've got more book events coming.

New Home For Chloe And Roelke

In addition to releasing Chloe 11, my wonderful new publisher will also be republishing the first ten Chloe books (originally released by Midnight Ink).

Reprinting 10 books is a huge job. Until that work is completed, it might be a challenge to find the Chloe book you are seeking. Right now Three Towers Press has trade paperback copies of the original ten books available for order. Indie bookstores and other book vendors may also have copies. If you can't find a specific title or if you want a signed copy, contact me.

 The Best Laid Plans...

In my last newsletter, way back in January, I wrote of my resolve to find new ways of connecting with readers. I had big plans to offer online programs, videos, and writing classes.

I was able to host one writing course, which I enjoyed immensely! But all else screeched to a halt when a bad fall resulted in a fractured ankle and broken finger.

Wanting something positive to focus on during my ten-day hospital stay, I decided to return to a special project I've been working on for years.

I reached out to a publisher. Good things started happening. I'll have an exciting announcement soon!

  A Welcome Respite

The last thing I did while still mobile was enjoy a week-long residency at Write On, Door County, where I got to tour the fabulous new writing center. I encourage you to visit their website to discover their impressive array of conferences, events, and classes.

I got a lot of writing done there. Equally important, my time at this beautiful, peaceful place was a wonderful respite.

As we settle into spring, I wish you some peaceful time too!

Warm Regards,

P.S. -- Mark your calendar! I'm planning a special in-person event at the Hanka Homestead Finnish Museum, the primary setting for The Weaver's Revenge. For details, click HERE.
