Members were asked to evaluate and vote to accept or reject a new Hire-In Rate for the Respiratory Therapists.

The Membership overwhelmingly voted in favor of management's proposal.

Respiratory Therapists should see their wage rate increase in the 1st full pay period in February. If you do not see your increase, please contact your JNESO Labor Reps (below).

Reminder your current contract expires September 30th, 2021.  Contract Negotiations for your new Collective Bargaining Agreement will begin later this year.  Pre-negotiations questionnaires will be mailed and emailed for you to prioritize your top contract issues as we head into Contract Negotiations. Please check your mail or email for the pre-negotiation questionnaires!
