Launching 40 New Careers in Kingston!
The 2020 launch event will take place November 13, 5 – 8 pm at the Four Points!

With help of the generous founder, Alan Rottenberg, general partner for the William Harris Venture Fund, Kingston Economic Development Corporation in collaboration with Queen’s University will launch the 2020 Queen’s Career Apprenticeship: Kingston (QCA:K) program.
QCA:K is an innovative program, which connects new graduates from the arts, humanities and social sciences disciplines within the Faculty of Arts and Science at Queen’s University with a Kingston employer. The objective is to help new graduates launch their career while retaining skilled talent in the community.
Employers who commit to a 12-month contract are reimbursed for 4 months of the gross salary to a maximum of $4,000 per month. Entering its third year, the program has successfully connected local companies with 27 new graduates.
