Get automatic calls when your held items arrive!
Thanks to a recent update to our systems, patrons will be able to receive automatic calls from the Lakeland Library Cooperative when an item they placed on hold arrives at their home library for pickup. This service will allow us to better serve our patrons by decreasing the amount of time required to make these calls and by increasing the amount of time we have to help our patrons.

Deliveries will still be received three time per week, Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, so these calls will still be made on the normal schedule. In order to receive these calls, a working phone number must be on your library account, which can be added or changed by someone at the front desk.

In addition to the automated calling, a new way to renew items that are currently checked out has been added in a recent update as well. By calling 616-453-2575 and having your library card number and your PIN (usually the last four digits of your phone number) ready, you can renew your items at any time! Please note that all of the standard rules, such as the maximum of two renewals on an item still apply.
