I am delighted to serve as the incoming chair of the Early Career Faculty Advisory Council (FAC). The mission of the FAC is to support IHPI leadership in promoting both the academic success and impact of research of early career faculty.

Over 1/3 of IHPI’s 680+ members are early-career faculty, and the Institute is committed to providing resources to support their ongoing career development, research productivity, and policy impact. T

These opportunities for early career faculty engagement are featured on the IHPI website. I hope you will take a moment or two to learn more about the programs already in place at IHPI geared towards early career faculty.

We want to hear about other ideas you may have, as well as the challenges you may be facing so that IHPI and the FAC can better support you in your academic journey. I hope you will reach out to myself or other FAC members with any ideas or needs you may have.
