Safer Society Foundation Newsletter
The New Circle Mentoring program recently completed a four-week series of  group tennis lessons . It was wonderful to see the comradery among the mentors and the enthusiasm they brought to the activity. This experience further demonstrated that becoming a New Circle mentor can be a fun and rewarding adventure.

Mentoring is a mutually beneficial relationship that can provide much needed moral support to a child in need of a role model and is an opportunity for both mentor and mentee to learn and grow together. As we expand the New Circle Mentoring Program, my goal in recruiting new mentors is to help potential volunteers come to the realization that mentoring a child can benefit them just as much as it benefits the child.
