New Client Portal, Mobile Apps, New Staff and Video Interview

Happy April to Snap2Close Customers,

March was a busy month for Snap2Close as we ushered in our new Aryeo Client Portal software, our two new mobile apps, launched our new QR codes feature and added more photographers and a new member to our Customer Support staff. Plus, Kaitlin, our Director of Marketing, did a live video interview with Jen Nelson with Realty Executives. I would like to briefly touch on each of these subjects in this newsletter.

Client Portal Software

Password

When we transferred your customer information to our new system we were not able to access your password. That is your discreet password and we do not have access to that information.

For those of you who have not yet logged into our new system then I invite you to click this link and follow the instructions to create your new Snap2Close password.

New Features

The new Aryeo Client Portal software is very different from the Full Frame system we formerly used. It may take you a few minutes to adjust to it, but you will find it much more user friendly. Click the Customer Portal Overview link if you want to read a PDF document about the system.

If you prefer to watch video tutorials then we have several for you on our Snap2Close.com website. Simply click the Client Support menu time to view them.

While I have many features that I really like, let me highlight the ones that I enjoy the most.

Orders (All orders that have not been completed.)

The online ordering system includes a matching national map database of addresses so it helps all of us in selecting the correct address. It even shows a map of the location to ensure you selected the correct property.

You are no longer required to pay for your photoshoots in advance. Simply pay when you are ready to download your media.

Listings (Orders that have been completed or fulfilled.)

No Archiving: The old system archived your media after one year and it was a pain to unarchive it. The new system keeps all listings active for an unlimited amount of time.

Six (6) dynamic property website templates which you can customize to match your brokerage or companies colors, fonts, etc.

Property Details: This section is electronically matched to county databases. Click the Autocomplete Details button and the square footage and year built automatically appear. This section gives you LOTS of flexibility.

Add your media or files. The new system allows you to add any photos, media, floor plan, video or other content to your property websites.

Upload Files: You can now upload any documents you want to add to your property website for clients to download. For example, you can add HOA rules, PDF documents, etc. The homebuyer can then download those files from the property website when used as a virtual tour link on MLS or on your banded property website.

Nine (9) custom templates for Flyers, Postcards, Social Media posts and Digital Ads. These templates can be modified to match your brokerage or company’s branding. Plus, we give you nine pre-sized blank layouts for those of you who want to be really creative when designing your print ready material.

New Customer Support Staff - Sydney Kuznia

By now, most of you are probably tired of hearing my voice when the phone is answered. I don’t blame you, as this old voice is becoming a bit raspy by the end of the day. As our workload has continued to grow I figured it was time to bring on some additional help. The challenge was to find someone I would feel comfortable with and confident in their skill set. Sydney completely filled that slot.

Sydney is the wife of Jordan Kuznia, our Quality Assurance manager. Over the past few months I have really gotten to know Sydney and thought she would be a great addition. She joined our staff about a month ago and she has been a great contributor. You will now hear her voice on the telephone system and a few of our video tutorials. I as really pleased by a Google Review she received last Friday.

With a review like that then I absolutely know my decision was right on target!!

New Photographers

We are excited that we added three new photographers in March. Bill Hildebrand, Lewis Rice and Paul Little are wonderful additions to our photographer staff. While I will tell you more about these three in future newsletters, I did want to give you some brief background information on them.

Bill is a retired executive from the Fortune 500 business world, a flight instructor, a commercial pilot, a licensed drone pilot and outstanding photographer. Lewis is a retired US marine veteran, a seasoned pharmaceutical engineer and stunning landscape photographer. Paul is an experienced drone pilot and videographer. His produced video library amazed me.

Snap2Close knows how busy so many of you are. That is why we introduced our two mobile apps, which will allow you to order and manage your photoshoot while you are away from your computer. Be sure to download them when you have a chance.
