CTN's Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Release of 2020-2021 Annual Report
|
On June 16th, CTN held its AGM which featured a virtual panel “Staying Connected: Tips on Fostering Relationships from Youth with Disabilities and their Families”. The event was a wonderful opportunity to hear directly from the panelists about their experiences and lessons we can all learn from to better support our clients and their families. If you didn’t have the opportunity to attend, a recording of our panel discussion will be shared soon. Watch our year end video, here.
We are also happy to announce the release of our 2020-2021 Annual Report which carries on the Staying Connected theme from the AGM. Our connections throughout the network, which includes our partners and the children, youth and families we serve, are reflected in our accomplishments over the past year and celebrated in this report. We are proud of what we’ve been able to achieve together grounded in the knowledge that our connections are our collective strength.
We are looking ahead to an even brighter future.

The tragic news of the last few weeks is a sombre reminder of the histories of Indigenous peoples in Canada, Islamophobia, the injustices marginalized people have endured, and still endure to this day.
Click here for our full statement on the news of the initial 215 Indigenous children's graves found in Kamloops, B.C. Sadly, this number continues to grow as more remains are discovered in other parts of Canada.
