Dear parents,
We are pleased to announce that Saint Christopher Academy is implementing a simplified continuous enrollment process. With continuous enrollment, your child's seat at Saint Chris is automatically reserved each year until he or she graduates, unless you formally withdraw your student prior to graduation. This new system streamlines the annual registration process for everyone, eliminating the need for parents to complete annual re-enrollment packets and ensuring a seamless transition from year to year. It also allows the school to better plan for staffing, resources, and classroom needs, thereby providing the best possible education for our students.
Establishing continuous enrollment will occur over the next two year period for current families:

Starting on November 1st, parents will complete the annual online re-enrollment packet as usual for the 2026-2027 school year. This packet will include documentation about the continuous enrollment process for parent acknowledgement. The annual $200 Enrollment Fee will be required when you submit this packet. As usual, all enrollment packets must be completed by January 10 to ensure your child’s seat for the next school year.

For the following year (2027-2028) and beyond, there will be NO re-enrollment packet. Student registration will be automatically rolled over to the next school year and the annual Enrollment Fee will be billed through Incidental Billing on January 20 every year. Families who choose to withdraw from the school must provide written notification by January 10 in order to avoid the Enrollment Fee.
To help our families plan financially, Saint Christopher Academy will continue to release tuition rates and fees for the following school year by September 30 of the current year. At that time, you will receive an email reminding you of continuous enrollment and detailing any changes in tuition and fees.
As part of the final re-enrollment packet you will complete this fall for the 2026-2027 year, you will select your payment plan and provide a payment method for Incidental Billing as usual. As with your student’s registration, the chosen payment plan and method will stay in place and roll over each year. The final online re-enrollment packet you receive via email this November 1st will include additional details about the continuous enrollment process. Please read the documentation carefully.
