Why did you join the SoCalREN Multifamily Program and what do you hope to gain from joining? “We wanted to offer our clients a high-quality program that would aid them in reaching their property improvement goals. It was important to us to offer a program that would make it easier for our clients to continue to invest in sustainable solutions. The SoCalREN Multifamily Program is the driving force behind energy efficiency initiatives, making it seamless for our multifamily clients to achieve their property goals while investing in sustainable solutions. At SitelogIQ we hope to continue to help our clients make powerful energy efficiency impacts through the SoCalREN Multifamily Program.”
What has been your favorite project over the last few years? “Over the last few years, our Commercial and Industrial team at SitelogIQ has worked with a multitude of clients. With over 1,447 multifamily projects completed since 2018, SitelogIQ’s Commercial and Industrial team has enjoyed partnering with our clients to provide innovative solutions that capture energy savings and improve tenant satisfaction and retention. SitelogIQ recently worked with a leading multifamily owner – with properties in Southern California, Northern California, and Nevada – to install over 500 Nest Thermostats throughout one of their Southern California properties. The multifamily owner can harvest energy savings while having the ability to provide their tenants with comfortable environments, especially in the hot California Summers. Tenants now have a simple and easy way to adjust the temperature of their units remotely, which has significantly enhanced the quality of living.
The SitelogIQ team has also helped one of the top National Multifamily Housing Council management companies provide safer living environments with LED lighting solutions. Throughout one of the client’s properties, SitelogIQ implemented LED Lighting and Advanced Lighting Controls to enhance illumination and pathway visibility at all hallway, exterior, and parking garage areas. Residents feel safer and enjoy the aesthetic improvements, while the multifamily owner reaps the benefit of over $95,000 in annual savings.”
