Non Profit Development Center of Southern New Jersey Announces New County Ambassadors

Developing new channels of communication

with region’s non profit organizations is #1 objective

Haddonfield, NJ (July 24, 2026)—The Non Profit Development Center of Southern New Jersey has announced the appointment of four new County Ambassadors.

NPDCSNJ recruits one community leader in each of South Jersey's eight counties to serve as NPDCSNJ Ambassadors for and to the specific county they serve.

“It's our expectation that because we are recruiting well-connected, highly motivated, and actively involved community and business leaders, we will develop new channels of communication from NPDCSNJ to any person or group in the target county interested in learning more about or being a part of what NPDCSNJ does,” says NPDCSNJ Vice Chair Michele Francesconi, who also serves as Ambassador for Gloucester County.

“We expect that our Ambassadors will identify key leaders in many of their county's NPOs, so we can include them in our communications efforts, including our new South Jersey Non Profit Directory,” adds Francesconi, who also serves as Vice President Capacity Building, Training & Strategic Initiatives for the Volunteer Center of South Jersey, a program of Jersey Cares

The new County Ambassadors include:

Burlington County: Dr. Pauline Lloyd, iSlayWalden Education Alliance

Camden County: Kim Leiby, Lerepco IT Group

Cape May County: Courtney Colletti, Wildwood Convention Center

Ocean County: Troy Ewen, Ocean First Bank
