Library Advisor Committee (LAC) Recruitment
Noyes Library for Young Children, a charming, historic gem of a library located in the heart of Kensington, is dedicated to serving children from infancy through age eight and attracts visitors worldwide. This cozy, one-room library is home to staff, programming, and collections for young children (and their adults.) These are exciting times for Noyes Children’s Library, with a projected building renovation and a focus aligned with County Executive Marc Elrich’s vision statement supporting Thriving Youth and Families in Montgomery County.
If you are interested in supporting Noyes Library, consider joining the Library Advisor Committee (LAC), a group of adult and high school members who make recommendations on issues relating to collections, services, programming, staffing and facilities.
