Transforming Travel Experiences
Suo-Sdei! Ayubowan! Sawadee ka! Hai! Hello, partners and friends!

Amidst the bustling first quarter, our peak season brought in a surge of bookings and requests, keeping us fully engaged in delivering adventures for all our travellers. Simultaneously, our teams continued working closely with our local partners as we pushed to update, refine and enhance our products.

Our General Managers and Managing Directors from Cambodia, Thailand, Sri Lanka and Malaysia are pleased to present some of the latest products which focus on providing authentic and meaningful experiences for your explorers, guaranteeing memorable journeys across our destinations.
Cambodia
In Cambodia, our Asst. Managing Director Villy Om is excited to unveil new adventures aimed at promoting more enriching travels. One such exploration is the Phnom Kulen National Park Trekking Tour. What sets it apart from the standard visit is its departure from the typical experience of driving to the top to see the usual sights. Instead, the trip starts and ends with a hike from the base of the mountain, allowing for more stops and exploration of lesser-trodden marvels.

Villy further explains, “Our latest tour isn't just about following a meticulously planned route; it's also about discovering off-the-grid historical and cultural sites that provide a fresh perspective on Phnom Kulen, elevating the visit to a more meaningful level.”
To accomplish this, the adventure encompasses visits to secluded spots such as the Grand Reclining Buddha in Preah Ang Thom. This 16th century, 8-metre-tall marvel — carved directly into a sandstone boulder — is one of the largest of its kind in Cambodia. The statue's sheer size and intricate craftsmanship evoke a sense of wonder, emphasising its cultural and spiritual significance in the country's history.
The tour also features an intriguing stop at the River of a Thousand Lingas in Kbal Spean. This sacred site features a series of stone rock relief in sandstone along the riverbed and banks, showcasing motifs predominantly of lingams — a phallic symbol of the Hindu god Shiva. These period carvings are believed to bless the water that flows over them, purifying and imbuing it with spiritual power.

Both sites serve as a testament not only to ancient Cambodia's artistry but also to its architectural ingenuity, which was considered cutting-edge at the time and remains impressive today. Throughout the journey, our guides offer valuable insights into crucial conservation efforts. By educating participants about the park's cultural significance to the nation's illustrious past, the tour aims to foster a sense of stewardship that leads to a more meaningful visit.
Thailand
In Thailand, our General Manager Stefan Bruns eagerly reveals unexplored natural and cultural encounters that transcend typical tours, steering away from overly familiar temples. He elaborates, “Modern travellers seek authentic discoveries that foster genuine connections with local nature, culture, history and communities. This shift signifies a move beyond mere sightseeing to a more immersive form of travel.”
We've expanded our Heritage Collection with an exciting new addition, the Uthai Thani Exploration. This immersive experience offers travelers a journey through rich natural and cultural heritages. A standout feature of this exploration is the Hup Pa Tat Limestone Valley Adventure. Here, visitors can step back in time, retracing the footsteps of a curious monk who discovered the entrance to a collapsed cave nestled within the cliffs. Surrounding this area are towering limestone formations and lush landscapes, home to unique and exotic flora dating back millions of years — providing a glimpse into the distant past like no other.
Uthai Thani is also home to some of Thailand's most stunning hidden temples, including the Crystal Temple and the Golden Temple. The Crystal Temple dazzles with its shimmering and intricate details, a testament to the region's spiritual and artistic excellence. Just beside it is another majestic structure called the Golden Temple. It exudes grandeur and tranquillity with its golden hues, offering a serene sanctuary for reflection and contemplation. Together, these temples form a captivating ensemble that showcases Uthai Thani's cultural richness.

Whether exploring hidden natural wonders or marvelling at magnificent temples, Uthai Thani promises an unforgettable journey of discovery.
Sri Lanka
In Sri Lanka, nature takes centre stage with the Knuckles Mountain Range Waterfalls Exploration. Our Managing Director Suranjith De Fonseka shares the inspiration behind this product, “When designing this experience, we were guided by the philosophy of ‘embracing tradition, exploring innovation and journeying together towards boundless horizons in Sri Lanka.’ We aim to curate immersive experiences that highlight the island's untapped rich culture and natural wonders, promising unforgettable and authentic encounters with the essence of the country.”
He further adds. “Sri Lanka boasts one of the world's largest concentrations of waterfalls relative to its size, with nearly 500 documented cascades — and the potential for countless more waiting to be uncovered. In our ongoing commitment to offering unique, off-the-beaten-path experiences, we want to share such discoveries and explorations to our travellers and nature-seekers.”
The adventure within this UNESCO World Heritage Site has one of the most majestic trekking paths in the country. The mountain range stretches across nearly 21,000 hectares and consists of nearly 30 waterfalls in the entire sanctuary. Out of these 30, nearly 15 waterfalls are located bordering the Knuckles range. During the excursion, travellers will have the opportunity to explore 6 to 7 carefully selected waterfall destinations, including hidden gems like Huluganga Falls, Jodu Ella Falls (Twin Falls), Knuckles Falls, Lebanon Estate Falls and many more.

Ultimately, this new product aspires to unveil the hidden gems and timeless charm that make Sri Lanka a truly extraordinary destination for discerning travellers.
Malaysia
Our Malaysia team’s latest offerings centre around the insight that ‘there's something comforting about rediscovering well-known destinations.’ Injecting fresh vitality into the familiar experiences of the Ngepuh Tour, the exciting and new Sayap Village and Jagoi Duyoh Explorations are welcome additions to its repertoire.

Our General Manager Renee Osman remarks, “We strive to strike a delicate balance between cherishing the familiar, which brings our travellers comfort and joy, and embracing the thrills of new experiences. That’s why we keep reinventing such a community-based product to keep the adventures fresh and exciting.”
The Sayap Village offers a charming and authentic cultural experience that is certain to captivate even the most sophisticated traveller. Tucked away amidst the serene foothills of a majestic mountain, the village exploration provides a one-of-a-kind immersion into local life. Guests have the opportunity to stay in a traditional home, join their hosts in farming activities, learn to prepare local dishes, and more importantly, learn their stories. They will also embark on hikes through pristine forests, and explore caves, rivers and natural swimming spots, ending at the breathtaking sunrise spot with the iconic Mt. Kinabalu in the distance.
On the other hand, our Bung Jagoi exploration offers a fascinating immersion into the rich heritage of the Bidayuh people. Visitors have the chance to partake in a local homestay experience within a 'Baruk' — a traditional ceremonial hut — and listen to captivating tales of ancestral lore passed down through generations. Beyond its cultural significance, the product also boasts a spectacular natural setting. Perched at an elevation of 1,600 feet above sea level, the destination offers a magnetising allure for adventurers seeking awe-inspiring vistas. From panoramic views of rolling limestone formations to lush green forest canopies and quaint surrounding villages, Bung Jagoi promises an unforgettable journey into both history and nature.
