New Debit Card Coming Soon

Dear Debit Card Customer,

Welcome to First Mid Bank & Trust! We are quickly approaching the conversion weekend when you will need to start using your First Mid debit card.

When to expect your new card

You should receive your new First Mid card by the end of November and it will arrive in a plain white envelope. Once you receive your new card, you may go ahead and activate the card and choose a PIN, so it is ready for use conversion weekend. If you have multiple debit cards, the last four digits of the account number tied to your card will be listed on the letter attached to the new card. For further assistance, please contact our Customer Support Center at 877-888-5629.

When to start using your new card

You should continue using your Blackhawk Bank debit card until conversion weekend. Beginning at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, December 1, 2023, you should start using your new First Mid debit card and destroy your Blackhawk Bank card.

Daily limits on your new card

Standard ATM and purchase limits on First Mid debit cards are as follows:

ATM daily limit: $510
POS (Point-of-Sale) daily limit: $2,500
