New York COVID-19 Vaccine Update
As of Monday, February 15, people with listed comorbidities and underlying conditions are eligible for the COVID-19 vaccine. Check out TurboVax, Vaccine Together NY, NYC Vaccine List, and vaccinefinder.nyc.gov to try to find a vaccine location and schedule an appointment in NYC online. And, if you are outside of NYC, click here to check eligibility and try to make an appointment in New York State.
Winter Storm Watch 2.18.21 - 2.19.21
The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Storm Watch for New York City from 6:00am on Thursday, February 18 to 6:00am on Friday, February 19. The City can expect heavy snow, with accumulations totaling 4 to 8 inches. Roads may be dangerous, so use mass transportation if possible. Overnight Subway Closure Hours Change
Beginning Monday, February 22, the overnight subway closure will be shortened to 2:00am - 4:00am nightly. This allows the MTA to enhance service for customers as the city cautiously reopens while still maintaining their concerted effort to deep clean and disinfect the system.
