STAN BLACK: EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT!
Mr. Stan Black has been with Edwards Electronic Systems for nearly 3 years and is the branch manager for the Concord office. He has an Associates degree in Electronics and started his career as a field service engineer for a fire alarm manufacturer just after graduation back in 1977. He is an expert in this business ever since. He has successfully received his NICET Level III Certification in fire alarm systems.  Mr. Black reports that "we have a dedicated group of employees working out of the Concord office and are capable of handling a project from design to service after completion. We have a well-qualified sales team, CAD operator, install crew and service technicians."

He also has a life outside of work that includes spending time with his wife of 37 years, two children and 5 grandchildren.  In addition, he likes to fish and volunteer at church. He helps with the car ministry (work on peoples cars that need assistance), along with Hearts and Hammers (help people by working on things around the house that they can't do because of some disability).

Overall, Mr. Black has brought many positive marketing techniques and work ethics to EES and continues to be a key component to the success and progress of our Concord/Charlotte office! We are proud to have Stan Black and many others who work diligently with EES, taking both  personal and professional initiatives to deliver safety, security, and peace of mind to our customers and community.

Every Christmas, Michael Edwards, Owner and CEO, takes the opportunity to bring all the employees and their spouses together to thank each of them for their individual efforts to continue to provide safety, security, and peace of mind to thousands of people throughout North Carolina. This year's employee Christmas dinner had nearly 100 people in attendance, most of which participated in 20 games of BINGO for a chance to win $25 gifts cards from Cabala's, Starbucks, Grocery Visa, and more! Edwards Electronic Systems appreciates having this opportunity to thank every employee for their dedicated work throughout the year!

Tis' the Season of Successful Giving!
During this years' annual food drive, EES successfully delivered over 300lbs of canned foods and non-perishable food items to Clayton Area Ministries. We hope that we have brought safety, security, and peace of mind to individuals and family in a slightly different way this year and are thankful we had the opportunity to do so.

During this time of year we are bombarded by seasonal radio and television commercials, mail-in rebates, coupons, emails, etc... trying to capture our attention for the purpose of selling us goods or services. Since Christmas continues to increase as a large marketable industry with the focus on pricey gifts, decorations, and banquets, let's not forget the historical account of Jesus the Christ and the life-giving providence He provides to all mankind. While some may choose not to believe in this controversial story of a baby Savior, many of us here at EES join with millions of people  across the world in observing valuable traditions of celebrating Christmas because of Christ. Lastly, please pray for our active duty military personnel and their families on the home-front who are unable to celebrate with their family during this time. In a free nation where everyone experiences the blessed opportunity to celebrate Christmas in their own way, we hope everyone has a very Merry Christmas that is full of laughter, love, and fun!

Sincerely,
