Grab some tea, a comfy cushion, a cozy blanket, and your mala beads, and take your seat in the circle of fellow travelers on the path. 
Satsanga comes from the root “sat”, which means “truth” (also Satya, one of the Yamas), and “sanga” which means “coming together." In other words, a gathering of truth seekers. Andrea will lead a chant, a discussion on one of the Sutras, and a meditation/kriya to connect us in the field of shakti for global healing. Suggested Book: The Yogi's Roadmap by Bhavani Maki
Classes are held on Zoom, and you will receive a meeting ID to attend once you register.

Wednesday- 8am going live with some hip mobilizations, roll techniques & mobility drills for deep squat work to avoid knee pain and to get the booty activated. You’ll need a foam roll and your body.
Thursday- 5pm Omni-flow class multi dimensional creative flow playing with depth, range of motion at various tempos basically life in a yoga class.
Friday- 12pm lunch time power hr flow vinyasa
Saturday- workout “the importance of grounding down, how resistance training & moving heavy loads strengthens the root chakra providing safety & security while boosting the good sex hormones” this is an important one while stress levels are high and people are destroying their sex drive Netflix binge watching I recommend having a kettle bell or dumbbells or something appropriately heavy to move.
Sunday- We are taking the “A conscious approach to diet detoxification & stress management” program online I will be diving deep into part one of this workshop. We will explore some key principles in stress management, the importance of clean food & water & how it all ties into our ability to think for ones self. Workshop starts at 4pm.

Free class download is available on, so now you don't have any excuses to avoid yoga. The class should be pretty challenging.
I am also going to be leading a yoga class Live on my Facebook page ( ) on Sunday night at 5 (PST), so you can practice with me if you'd like. I'm going to try to keep adding as much resources for you all that I can while this health crisis is happening.
Yoga strengthens the immune system in huge ways and is the best way that I know of to cleanse the body. This is a good excuse to give it a shot. Especially if you are sick, or need to boost your immunity.
