HAPPY SEPTEMBER!!

We hope everyone is doing well, had a relaxing summer break and survived the August heat!! 

I would like to share some of the great things that have been happening at Snap2close the last couple of months as well as announcing our September sales special.

I’ll start by formally announcing that our ongoing growth has led us to launch a new full time off-site editing team. They are Photoshop masters who know how to bring out the best in each photograph. They produce the most amazing edits and I am including two sample below.

Our new editing team starts work at 10 pm and works till the jobs are done. This means that 95% of the time you can now have your photos the next morning. This is a big improvement in editing our service.

New Virtual Staging

We are also proud to announce our new virtual staging service. As an introduction to this service we will be charging $20 per photo for the next 60 days. Starting in November the rate will increase to $30 per photo. Also, the turnaround time will typically be 24 hours but for more complicated jobs it may take up to 48 hours.

We are thrilled that Snap2Close was selected for the 2019 Best of Scottsdale Awards in the category of Commercial Photographer. This is an unusual honor for an architectural and real estate photography company and we are obviously thrilled. Of course we are still trying to figure out who nominated us and hopefully it was one of you.

New Pricing and New Price Calculator

As you know, we price our photo shoots by the square feet. Previously, our price breaking points were per thousand square feet. We have now updated our pricing system so that the price breaking points are per five hundred feet. Plus, we now have an online price calculator that is simply amazing. I Invite you to click here to try it out.

September Special

Besides the $20 per photo launch special on our virtual staging, our special for the month of September are Video Virtual Tours for $8 instead of our normal $35 rate. We hope you take advantage of the significant sales discount. (Note: This low price is already built into the Gold and Platinum Packages.)
