New My Account Video Modules
The tutorial for the QualChoice employer/broker online portal has been updated. There are now three short, easy-to-follow modules. New users must view all three modules, then fill out and submit the My Account Training Certificate to have an account created and receive log-in instructions.

Form 5500 Due July 31

Plan sponsors of employee benefit plans must file Form 5500/5500-SF electronically each year to satisfy annual reporting requirements under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) and the Internal Revenue Code. The due date is the last day of the seventh month after the plan year ends (July 31 for a calendar-year plan).
