Fluid Milk Sales at Retail

According to MilkPEP's sales report through April 5, milk volume moving at retail has increased by 21.5 points in the last 5 weeks compared to the same time last year. This increase is offsetting lost fluid milk sales in food service. Unfortunately, there are tremendous volume losses in foodservice cheese and butter that are not being made up at retail or in other channels.
