New enhancements to the agent portal make it easier
to access, add, verify, or correct RR 2.0 underwriting data for policy renewals
April 22, 2022
New Features, Enhancements Rolled Out
for Managing Risk Rating 2.0 Renewals
Managing your policy renewals for the additional underwriting data required under FEMA's Risk Rating 2.0 methodology ... just got easier!

While agents can continue to open a policy's underwriting questionnaire directly within the RR 2.0 Renewals tab on the agent portal, our new enhancement offers agents the option to run a report listing all policies renewing April 1, 2022, and later and then work each policy directly from the report to add the required information.

Here's how to access this new, time-saving feature:

1) Login to your Wright Flood Account on the agent portal and click on the Risk Rating 2.0 Renewals tab.

2) Click the link at the top of the page to get to "Reports."
3) On the "Reports" page, click to select the Risk Rating 2.0 Renewal Review report

4) The window will open to select the date range for the policies you wish to review.

5) On the status dropdown, select the policies you wish to pull into the report -- All, Complete, or Incomplete.

6) Click the button to generate the report.
7) When the report opens, click on the hyperlinked policy number for renewals showing as incomplete/not verified for the RR 2.0 underwriting data. The form will open to complete and/or verify the required information for the selected policy. When finished, close the window and continue to the next policy on the list.

8) Also with this new enhancement, if you need to make a change or add information to a policy that shows as "complete," you can click the policy number to open the data elements form, and make the updates directly from this report. (Any required documentation will still need to be added to the policy via the normal file-upload process.)
Note: For policies with an effective date more than 90 days from the date the agent is confirming the information, the agent will receive the following message:
But wait... there's more good news!

Another enhancement to quickly and efficiently verify, add, or change the required RR 2.0 underwriting data is through the new "Update RR Renewal Info" button. This button will only appear on the Policy Summary page for the current active term and only if the underwriting data hasn't yet been verified/submitted by the agent. Just click the button and the "Building Information" window will open for you to complete.
After that section is complete, refresh the page. The "Update RR 2.0 Info" button will no longer appear on the Policy Summary page, indicating the information has been received.
