FROM THE DESK OF THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR:

My name is Amanda Linneman, and I am the newly named Executive Director of the Marshall Chamber of Commerce.  I believe that each person's life is a unique story waiting to be told. Here's a glimpse into my own story:

I was born and raised in Fayette, MO, where I had the privilege of experiencing a close-knit community These early experiences have shaped my values and instilled in me a deep appreciation for learning more about the people and business in a community.

Professionally, I have had the opportunity to work in various roles, including being the Alumni Director at Missouri Valley College. These experiences have taught me valuable skills. I am passionate about helping others, and I am always eager to take on new challenges and learn from them.

Beyond my professional life, I have a few passions that light up my world those include my husband Todd, two grown sons Austin and Bryce and my grandson Easton. As well, my husband and I are the proud parents of 7 Adopted Vikings from Valley.  I am an avid reader and all types of sports fan.

What truly fuels me, though, is the opportunity to connect with others and make a positive impact on the world around me. I believe that by working together, we can contribute to a better and more compassionate society.

I am excited about the journey ahead and the chance to get to know you better. If you'd like to chat, share your own story, join the Chamber, or explore potential collaborations, please feel free to reach out to me at the below phone or email address.  I am always open to new connections and experiences.

Thank you for taking the time to read this letter and for allowing me to introduce myself. I look forward to the possibility of a meaningful connection and future endeavors together.

Warm regards,

Amanda Linneman

Fitzgibbon Hospital has generously donated a new AED to the Marshall Senior Center. Teresa will be at the Center soon, getting the staff certified in CPR and training them to use their new AED.

The work we do would not be possible without amazing community partnerships like this. Thank you Fitzgibbon Hospital for this generous donation!
