Introducing a new family of
FCT / FCT-T Logic Products
from Pyramid Semiconductor

This high-speed CMOS line, a new family of logic products, called
FCT for Fast CMOS Technology, is designed for high-current drive bus interface applications and includes octal line drivers, octal bi-directional bus transceivers, latches as well as other functions.
The initial parts include the popular parts such as the
240, 241, 244, 245, 273 and 645. Parts are offered in both the FCT and FCT-T versions. Many additional parts will be shortly introduced including parts that are hard to get.

The parts are offered in DIP (Dual-In-Line) and LCC (Leadless Chip Carrier) packages and operate at the Industrial and Military Temperature ranges. The parts exhibit better total operating currents than parts presently on the market. Parts are designed to meet their respective Standard Military Drawings (SMD, 5962-numbers). Some of the parts are already listed in the DLA SMCR site such as the 5962-87655, 5962-87630 and 5962-92203. Many more will be listed on an on-going basis.
