New Fee Schedule Look-Up on Availity

Applicable to: Mercy Care Advantage, Mercy Care ACC RBHA, Mercy Care Long Term Care, Mercy Care DD, and Mercy Care DCS CHP

Mercy Care is excited to announce the fee schedule look-up tool NOW available on Availity.

Providers can use the tool to look up service codes for all Mercy Care Lines of Businesses including Behavioral Health. This tool allows providers to:

• Look up service codes based on real time
• Look up historical information from 1/1/2021 to current
• Export information to an excel spreadsheet
• Search up to 6 service codes at once
• Filter information by provider type, modifier, specialty codes, place of service

The user will need to review the Mercy Care Disclaimer and choose “Accept” to enable the Fee Schedule Lookup tool

Select a Fee Schedule. Required fields are *Code ID (up to six separated by a coma(,)) and *Date. Users can sort and filter as needed.
