Welcome again to First Mid Bank & Trust.

Good news… your new First Mid debit card was mailed the week of November 13^th.

The card will arrive in a plain white envelope and should be arriving any day. Once you receive your new card, you may go ahead and activate the card and choose a PIN, so it is ready for use.

Please continue using your Blackhawk Bank debit card until conversion weekend. Beginning at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, December 1, 2023, you should start using your new First Mid debit card and destroy your Blackhawk Bank card.

You will not receive a separate ATM card. Your new First Mid debit card serves as both an ATM and debit card, allowing you to make purchases anywhere VISA® is accepted. If you have more than one account and receive multiple debit cards, the last four digits of the account number tied to your card will be listed on the letter attached to the new card. For further assistance, please contact our Customer Support Center at 877-888-5629.
