MESSAGE FROM REV. DANIELLE MARIE
Abundance
Overflowing fullness, plentiful, a wealth of. The opposite of abundance is, of course, scarcity and lack. Two opposing paradigms indeed. Which do you embrace? We sometimes use phrases that affirm the latter without even realizing that we create that reality. How many times have you said "I can't afford it"? What if instead you adopted a phrase more like, "That isn't a financial priority right now"? One affirms lack, the other, affirms stewardship and future possibility. I remember when I was a teenager and young adult when I wanted something that was not readily available with my savings or current income I would put it on "lay away". For those of you not quite as old as I am, that meant having the store put it aside while you make payments on it. I remember how great it felt on the day when I would go in and make my final payment and receive which I had worked toward getting, I felt so proud. We can work towards having anything we want if we see it, hold the vision and trust that it's coming. The Goddess Lakshmi shows that when we have an overflow of spiritual love, it will manifest on the outside with wealth too. Welcome to the Temple of Light Spiritual Community "United Conscious
Community Interfaith Gathering" held every Sunday at 10am. This week our Hindu brothers and sisters celebrate Deepavali, a 5 Day Fesitval of Lights acknowledging that good triumphs over bad and honoring Lakshmi, Goddess of Spiritual & Material Wealth facilitated by Rev. Danielle Marie, Founder, Spiritual Director and Messenger of Light accompanied by Seth Pincus, Sound Healer. We begin the gathering with Seth doing voice tones and plays the didgeridoo to prepare us for the meditation. A powerful guided meditation is led by Rev. Danielle Marie where we are grounded, connected to the energy of all that is, give blessings to ourselves, our families and the world. We set intention and do prayers for all livings beings in the Universe to live in peace love and joy. Following the meditation an inspirational message is delivered by Rev. Danielle Marie drawn on an event or prophet of note from the world Interfaith calendar as we understand that when we learn about all faiths do we see our unity rather than our differences. We then call in the most influential spiritual leaders, divine manifestations and/or prophets of our history affiliated with the event we are acknowledging and ask them to be with us and bring a message. Rev. Danielle Marie channels such message as Seth tones and accompanies. The gatherings are truly inspirational and empowering!
