FRA's Q&A forum is the best place to find the answers, resources and information you are looking for related to redevelopment practice in Florida.

With the forum, FRA members can post questions, ideas and topics to discuss with other MyFRA users. This is not only a resource to find help, but a great way to stay connected with other redevelopment professionals throughout the state.

This week's questions include:

We would like to implement a program that would incentivize a banking institution to move to a low income area of our district. Right now I am doing some preliminary research and wanted to pick the brains of the experts here. If you are familiar with such programs or have administered such a program in your own CRA please reach out to me. I appreciate any help or direction!

We are in the process of creating a digital & print form for public feedback into our upcoming CRA plan. The form is mostly focused on where and what types of projects the public would like to see the CRA focus. Would anyone be willing to share their public feedback forms/surveys or provide any tips for drafting public feedback forms/surveys?
