SPARK is proud to offer this new, free, 3-part facilitated group to promote well-being and address stress and anxiety in children with trained counselor, Jon Mattleman. In this group, parents will learn new skills and language to be of real assistance to their anxious children, as well as to themselves. This group will also provide resources and tools to help parents/caregivers help their young children manage emotions in healthy ways.
Limited to 30 participants. Free childcare and meals will be provided. We ask you to commit to attending all sessions to build a cohesive and consistent group (and we understand that life happens, so this may not always be possible).
This program is made possible with funding and support from CHNA 7 MetroWest, the Natick Board of Health and Natick 180
.
