Dear Advisor,


We are excited to announce a new functionality that will be available in the Agent Portal for individual and group policies on April 25, so you can view your clients’ Letters of Guarantee. When a new Letter of Guarantee is uploaded, you will receive an automated email letting you know there is a Medical Notification available for you to view.


For this functionality to work properly, we ask your support to update the email address(es) where you want to receive these Medical Notifications before Monday April 25. If you don’t make any change, the Medical Notifications will be sent to the email address we have registered by default.


To review and update your email address, please follow these instructions:

1 Login to the Agent Portal. Make sure you use Google Chrome for optimum functionality.

2  Under the Agent tab, click on your agent code.

3 Select the Demographic option from the menu on the left. You will see the email address(es) linked to your account.

You may add a new address to receive these Medical Notifications by selecting +ADD NEW or select the pencil icon to the right of an existing email address to add the Medical Notifications option under Purpose. Then select the checkmark on the right to save your edits.
