We are excited to announce a new functionality that will be available in the Agent Portal for individual and group policies on April 25, so you can view your clients’ Letters of Guarantee. When a new Letter of Guarantee is uploaded, you will receive an automated email letting you know there is a Medical Notification available for you to view.
For this functionality to work properly, we ask your support to update the email address(es) where you want to receive these Medical Notifications before Monday April 25. If you don’t make any change, the Medical Notifications will be sent to the email address we have registered by default.
