The pandemic has presented us with many challenges including the struggle of burnout and stressors to our mental and emotional wellbeing. With the continually evolving environment and regulatory changes from lockdowns, restricted hours, safety protocols, and the list goes on and on, we need to better identify and gain strategies for addressing burnout not only for ourselves but among those working at our organization.
